We ship our products from our warehouse based in Barcelona - Spain.
Our usual delivery time is 2-10 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery dates are based on average times however we cannot guarantee that the estimated delivery date will always be met.
For shipments outside the European Union, keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by the service of the competent import authorities in your country of destination.
The shipping cost starts in 6€ but is free for orders over 70€ in the European Union and Schengen Zone.
Import duties, customs, VAT and/or other taxes and import costs from countries outside the European community are not covered by Öhll and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for it.
We deliver to almost all territories with the following exceptions:

LIBERIA
PALESTINA

GROELANDIA
GUINEA BISSAU
GUINEA ECUATORIAL

If, for reasons beyond the control of Öhll, our transport providers restrict us from any area or country, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amounts paid in the shortest possible time.
