These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.ohllride.com (hereinafter, the Website) owned by OHLL RIDE, S.L. (hereinafter, Öhll), with C.I.F. B05440698 and registered office at CR Pallars 345 1-4, 08019, Barcelona, as well as the services and products offered by Öhll on its website.

Öhll provides this Web site subject to these terms and conditions. Visit the Web site or using the services or the Web site applications of the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

For the access to the Web site the registration of the Users will not be required. However, to contract any of the services offered by Öhll, the User's registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.

The Öhll terms and conditions described below define the rights and obligations of Öhll and users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to the fact that certain services may have conditions) and to the contracting of orders through the Website and replace any other conditions, except by prior agreement and in writing between Öhll and the User.

4. Price, payment method and discount codes

The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.

5. Information about Öhll products and services

The data included on the website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos as well as trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind, have a merely informative function. Therefore, Öhll declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information, although it undertakes to take all the measures at its disposal to correct as soon as possible the errors or omissions after having been informed of them.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

In the case that the user is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the user, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.


However, the User shall be responsible for the direct cost of return to Öhll, whether it returns the order in full or decides to return only some of the products of the order.
The return must be made through the Returns platform.
Öhll will indicate the way of sending the order to its offices or warehouses.
To formalize the return, the product must be sent to the following Öhll offices / warehouses:


Öhll is not responsible for the courier company that the User contracts for the return of the order. In this sense, Öhll recommends the User to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the offices / stores of Öhll, so that the User has proof that the product has been delivered correctly to Öhll.


The costs of the return of the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.


The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the User or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that Öhll may refuse the return.
Once Öhll receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Öhll will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the User.

If the User decides to return the order in full, Öhll will return to the User all the amounts it has paid (including the shipping costs of the purchase, not the return).


Öhll will propose, instead of the return of the money, the possibility of sending a new product or the amount paid in promotional code for future purchases.

If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, Öhll will not be able to return the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.


Öhll informs Users that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User had used when buying the product:

If the User has made the payment by credit or debit card, Öhll will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days since the User decided to terminate the contract.

- If the User has made the payment through PAYPAL, Öhll will refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 business hours since the User decided to terminate the contract.

In any case, Öhll will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User has informed of its decision to withdraw from the contract.

7. Product Change Policy



In the event that the User would like a change of the product received, there will be 30 days from receipt of the order to formalize the return.

The User shall be responsible for the direct cost of return to Öhll, whether it returns the order in full or decides to return only some of the products of the order.

It is also prohibited to send, use or reuse illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or threatening material of any kind, or that involves a violation of intellectual property rights, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy or any other right, that is, otherwise insulting or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political advertising, advertising content, chain mail, mass mailing or any other type of "spam" and, in general, any type of inconvenience or inconvenience unnecessary.
